Hay Chris. i have joined your group on facebook and added some vids from when you and Andy came to Atomic BBA. wish i had someone with me to video it through out as i only got a few when u did extra time with the xma class - ill have 2 get a copy from Mark as i no they filmed it all. Really enjoyed the class - and i will master the moves one day. i have now got a lot of work to do as seeing the standard your at makes me want to be the same :-) hope you had a safe journey home

hiya, i just want to say thanks for the quick session you did at my school Serlby Park in Doncaster, i really enjoyed it. I was the teenager doing the kickboxing.
I was wondering if you could set up a kickboxing sessions around Bircotes, many people would go including myself. I also want to ask, which is your favourite move?
